While every single product that we’ve worked on here at Tactline was designed to withstand anything you throw at it, we acknowledge there are some things that are our products can not defend against.

Like sledgehammers, explosions, .50 rounds of ammunition…

In the event that one of these destructive badass forces (or any other…) has damaged your product past the point of usage, just simply shoot us an email at support@tactline.com and we’ll send you a brand new product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition

You see, it doesn't matter how it happened, whose fault it was or where you purchased it. If you ever have a problem, no matter the cause, we promise to take care of you.

The VIP Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.
